GetHuman-209424: how about some english speaking people. i too have spent untold numerous hours on the phone with them trying to correct several problems with them. then the * time i need the phone while driving in my car and had an emergency i tried to use the phone and could not dial out, only emergency number. with *** minutes and ** days of service i was told i had no service.the phone was fine the day before but today needed to be reactivated. tired of being transferred from one dept to the next. disgusted with whole system. dont buy net ** phone unless you like wasting hours and hours of your life with net **. customer service i want to be reimbursed the cost of my minutes and destroy phone with a hammer.
