~incline: how do you stay in business cont understand you service reps tney don't understand americans don't speak English don't understand English please hav someone call me at ***-***-**** a supervisor who speaks clear English and can give me back the minutes I was ripped off because of miss communication never got a response or any information I needed such as address of corporate office in united states and there phone number was told they could not give out that info no surprise its obvious you don't care about your customers it hsuld be interesting to see how much longer you stay in business I contacting the fcc and other government agency to make them aware of your unprofessional employees and poor attitude when dealing with customers please call and make this right thank you
