~amanda: Reps refused to "hear" me- I received a bill stating my meter read **,***. At this time I went out to see the meter myself to find a reading of **,***. This is a digital meter, no mistakes possible. This is the *nd time that I am aware of this happening. People, check your meter!! We are being charged according to the weather with NES assuming we are using more electricity b*c it's colder. For me, it's not true. When it gets too cold or snows, I use my fireplace and NO heater. My bill should go down or at the least, not go up $***. People, check your meters! Don't let them do this to us. I am fighting it and you must fight as well
