GetHuman-stefany: I always call twice every ** days after I send papers out to them and the two of the operators say different things! IF we are calling is because we need somebody to tell us exactly what we need to send them in case something is missing plus they always want to hang up on you right away after you waited an hour to contact them! they should care more about this process because is not free we are paying money to complete those cases I found that unfair this poor quality of customer service.
