~Frustrated and Angry: I waited a little more than an hour! For the time I waited, I expected for my questions to be answered, but no! The lady on the phone kept twisting my words and misunderstanding my question after I repeated it twice but she never answered it and then she had the nerve to rush me and end the phone call. I probably only spoke to her for * minutes after waiting an hour and never even got my questions answered. Don't call unless you really need to!
