GetHuman-139675: These people are something else. I don't know if they're robots with no feelings or they're just people with no HEART. It is impossible to ever get an answer from them. You wait ** minutes and the call ends in less than ** seconds. There are some polite ones but majority are low life, no life, no manners, no heart people who don't even love their self. I hope all their bad behavior gets them good one day. The supervisors are as bad as the representatives. They're only there to make you feel hopeless and make you regret calling NVC. I could write a book about how RIDICULOUS they are. They lost my package and they don't care as if it was my fault. I HATE THEM.
