~Frustrated customer: Why does America outsource everything! Called to inquire about issues with login, not receiving bills and the two people that answered could not help me, one was extremely rude and hung up. She insisted that I pay online, but the issue was that I could not access my account. If you need to pay bill use automated avoid calling another country! Plus they mute the phone so you can't hear all the other phone conversations going on around them. I don't know how many times I had to say hello to get them back on the phone. What do you expect when people are running a sweatshop in another country. Also, don't tell me your name is Becky, when you darn right know that is not your name! Sooooo frustrated!

~Frustrated customer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Frustrated customer: For that I would say three out of five.
