~Anonymous: All in all the customer services is ok. The reps are fairly friendly, quick, and for the most part polite. So I don't fault service overall. What kills you is the waiting time. One phone call to try to cancel my agreement had me on hold in total of ** minutes. ** initially to speak with a rep *** when the rep I finally got dropped me and I had to call back, then another ** in between waiting to be transfered from person to person. It took them less than * minutes to kindly sort the issue, and to be fair they were really nice. But, when you're watching the clock tick away with the same insipid guitar lick, you start to feel a little aggravated. **They need more people. That would solve a lot of issues, I think.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
