~lissabee: I went through the automated menu five times trying to figure out how to talk to an agent, but was always directed back to the main menu. FINALLY, I GOOGLED "How do I talk to a person with Nelnet?", found this website, and called NEW LOANS to talk to an actual person! They had called my BROTHER! After I was finally directed to the department I needed to talk to, with a real live person, she was rude and ignored my requests for forbearance and in school deferment trying to get a payment out of me. Finally, after I nearly chewed her butt over the phone, she put me on forbearance and put in my application for ISD. This whole process wasted an hour and a half of my life!
