~Anna Crouse: you have been blocking some attachments to my email be*cause you think they are bad but some you have blocked are important to me I donot think you have the right to tell me what I can and cannot read

~Anna Crouse: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anna Crouse: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NetZero's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anna Crouse: For that I would say one out of five.
