GetHuman-290314: Besides not being able to solve my problem, they had me going circles from their script doing the same things over and over. When it was evident we were not succeeding, the tech got very testy and and spoke in a pedantic voice like I was stupid. Then when I requested someone else to assist me he hung up.

GetHuman-290314: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-290314: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netgear's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-290314: For that I would say three out of five.
