~GLB: I purchased a Netgear N*** Wireless Router. It would not install because there was no driver. I wasted an hour of my life trying to find the driver on-line and then called customer support. I had to speak to * Indian representatives of the company who were soft spoken and hard to understand. After waiting for ** minutes the second person who was the "expert" wanted to call me back. I'm done with Netgear!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Netgear. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Netgear problem?
~GLB: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GLB: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netgear's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GLB: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Netgear customers?
~GLB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netgear to know who you are.
