GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Netgear customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JML: I was having issues with my N*** router when I had a power outage, it didn't come back. *I called technical support and was routed to India. There was a problem with my unite because of it registration and because of this I have to call back * times, The *rd time I was getting mad because no one would help me due to my registration problem. I was connected to Maria ID ***** and even though I was getting very mad and irate with her. She was able to help me with getting my N*** reset and my connection up. She was very good and I wish I have gotten her first. If I did I don't think my experience with customer support wouldn't have started on a bad note. I wish this note would get to her so I could apologize. But really I feel its net gears fault for not letting more help desk personnel take the initiatives to help customers on their word about their product is registered. *I think Maria No. ***** was GRRREAT for helping me out and her tolerance with me, but I would probably thi

~JML: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~JML: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netgear's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JML: For that I would say one out of five.

~JML: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netgear to know who you are.
