~Fran: Two different attempts to get help. One call routed to India and took ** minutes before I had to leave without a resolution. She put me on hold a lot and didn't seem to know what she was doing. *nd call did not route to India but it might as well have because it took him ** minutes to tell me I had to pay $**.** for ** mins of support. He could not even guarantee he could fix the issue. Costs the same for an hour of support. He was only interested in trying to sell me support packages that lasted * months, ** months and longer.

~Fran: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Fran: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netgear's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Fran: For that I would say two out of five.
