GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-aplush22: i have a wii i will send you a picture but i have contacted you and you said to email you and you will send me a replacement of the plug in cord because mine isnt working. I have went through instructions with you before and we have came up with the same problem. If this isnt resolved i will rate you bad and i wont buy nentendo products again !!!

GetHuman-aplush22: For that I would say three out of five.
