~Doesnt Work after 2 Months: I posted a prior comment about having to call twice to get a return label and instructions on how to return a Nokia Camera Grip. I was assured that I would have an email by the end of that day. That was Thursday. Today is Saturday and they are closed. I have to wait at least another two days, and then who knows how much longer to return the $**.** * month old grip that won't charge. Their customer service, as far as I am concerned, is non-existent.

~Doesnt Work after 2 Months: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Doesnt Work after 2 Months: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nokia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
