~Job Joseph: Recently I purchased one Nokia Lumia *** mobile.* *The phone was not working well, sometimes not getting calls and unable to make calls also. I took the set to your nokia care at Kurian,s towers, Kochi and they said there is some software issue and they did something. It was better for few days and then wend dead with sad smile icon. Again the set was taken to the same place and they loaded the software. Even though it was working in same condition, the power key became stiff. It was taken to the same care center the third time and they indicated that the power key is defective. I told them that I want to travel and the mobile is needed urgently. I was asked to wait for an hour. Even after * hours the set was not set right and I was given an indifferent reply by the people concerned.* *After having expended an amount of Rs **,*** plus, I never could use the set properly as it was many times malfunctioning. I had to wait in the queue in your service thrice within a period of * weeks. No

~Job Joseph: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Job Joseph: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nokia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Job Joseph: For that I would say five out of five.

~Job Joseph: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nokia to know who you are.
