~Dlwashington : I have sent my nokia lumina **** in twice because the charging port wasn't working properly. I think this phone has spent more time being repaired then being used by me. Now it's giving me the same issues! although, the customer service wait time is impeccable and I never have to wait, that does nothing for the quality of care I receive when Nokia return to me a still broken phone that was supposed to be repaired. I can do this anymore with this company. Each time they tell me to send in my phone have to be without a phone for two weeks. I think they should at least compensate me for having to deal with this inconvenience while being very patient and tolerant.

~Dlwashington : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dlwashington : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nokia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dlwashington : For that I would say five out of five.

~Dlwashington : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nokia to know who you are.
