GetHuman-250995: I was initially told have to wait ** hours for a resolution about items missing from order. Company called back approx *.* hours later to say that they had found that service rep had failed to note all of the items I was to receive - but they still disputed that I had asked for the free oven. The person calling me back reaffirmed my previous order but could not place the order, stated the ordering department was closed and asked me to call back tomorrow. I will see if successfully resolved.
