~Susan: I have waited for customer service, AND I have also left my number for a call back TWICE. I am still waiting. I have spent over * hour trying to get a replacement for the DEFECTIVE replacement sent to me. I had to take photos, then I had to actually go to a FED EX office. Now I have to wait on the phone again to give the company my FEDEX tracking number before they will replace the defective item sent to me!!! Horrible customer service and worse policies.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NutriBullet. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NutriBullet problem?
~Susan: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Susan: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NutriBullet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Susan: For that I would say two out of five.

~Susan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NutriBullet to know who you are.
