~anjessmar1: I immediately got an answer but I was also disconnected within the first minute and had to hold all over again. I never got my question answered and it just seems so unbelievable that the same thing that happened with my nutri-bullet the first time it had to be replace has now happened again, why? The machine no longer engages (turns on) I practically have put my weight on the machine to have lock in and turn on, if it does most times it doesn't.

~anjessmar1: For that I would say three out of five.
