~onyx: Ocwen has been my loan servicer for approximately * years* within that * years they modified my loan twice. They are a great company responsive and will try to accomodate you by offering options to help service your loan. *One thing though, you must follow up on all calls and you must keep asking the right questions to get the right answers...I must admit it took me * months and speaking to several different people to finally get the answer*modification I needed to keep my home. The funny thing about it when I spoke to the right person he did the modification right then and there on the phone...you must be persistent.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ocwen. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ocwen problem?
~onyx: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~onyx: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~onyx: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ocwen customers?
