~Bob: these service reps have names like Alec Baldwin, when I call they dont' have one some don't speak good english, It took me almost a year to prove I had made a payment they insisited I miised one faxed letter and proof and still * months for them to tell me I was right, I did not know that my home insurance was not in effect because they did not pay my insurance and I was caneceld called them up and they told me I was wrong took * weeks fro me to get the paper work to prove to them that it was included in the mortage mean while I had no insurance for my home thank God nothing happened, they also keep charging me $**.** for certified mail I am not paying for the mail to tell me I have no insurance I told them after my agent called me to tell me about the nonpayment, I was so angry last year over the situation that I told them I would come to Palm Beach FL. to talk to them in person just need a name and a time they refused to let come in person I wish some one would take over this company
