~Mickey: After waiting at a very busy counter, I asked the only person working there to get more help, and she got Doug, who had just walked in the door. He stepped right up, took care of my order and that of others who had been waiting. So, he turned a bad situation around, and a lot of happy customers were taken care of.

~Mickey: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mickey: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
