~x9348: I tried to contact O.D. about getting a statement in the mail when I owe nothing. It took half an hour to reach a real person, who then connected me to the "accounts department," where I listened for another *-* min. while an automated voice told me I had won a hundred dollar rebate. Told me twice, three times. Finally told me to "Hang up and dial *-***-***-****." This is the nation's default dummy number. It doesn't connect to anything. How dare they!
