GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Office Depot customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~disgruntled: I went to buy an office chair. At the front placing the order, the cashier began checking out everyone who arrived at checkout after me. When I saw that they were going to interrupt my chair order to help and chat with everyone who came up after me, I left the store, when I came back in a couple of minutes later I asked, "Are you going to wait on me?" They said that they were short handed. No apology. There were at least * to * workers in the store and after I walked out a second cashier was miraculously available. We would have been through and out of the store * minutes earlier if the cashier had just finished the order and not waited on everyone who wandered up to check out after us.
