~T: Transferred me to other dept to get a copy of old receipt.**Gave me number to that dept directly in case I needed to call back or got disconnected.**The rep from the correct dept was informed of my name and why I was calling before I was connected.**Turns out that they hadn't merged their old receipt information with Office Max yet.**She transferred me and the Office MAc rep was also informed of what I was looking for before I was connected.**Unfortunately the receipt I needed was too old for them to pull, but the organization of the support staff impressed me.
