~Unknown: After asking to speak to Kay's supervisor, she put me on hold for ** minutes. She came back and asked for my name. I advised we already went through the verification process. She stated the account holder was a male....I said I am a male, with a high voice. She told me before I she could proceed I had to fax a copy of my DL and SS card. I asked did she need my passport and voters registration too, she said yes. She was a ***** from the words go and should be fired. I called the office of the president and the matter was taken care of.
