GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Oncor customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~matrixunloaded: The person I talked with was very courteous, but only could recite information from the outage report. She had no idea on how to explain it. When I asked how to get additional information I was referred to an e-mail address, to which I have sent a detailed inquiry.**In my estimation, Oncor which used to be a public utility will once again become a public utility after the bankruptcy of The EFH, the holding company composed of three hedge funds including Goldman Sachs and KKR.**Oncor needs to be restored as a public utility instead of having a **% dividend sucked into the parent which are three hedge funds experiencing the point of bankruptcy.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Oncor. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Oncor problem?
~matrixunloaded: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~matrixunloaded: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Oncor's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~matrixunloaded: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Oncor customers?
~matrixunloaded: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Oncor to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~matrixunloaded taken from his Oncor customer service problem that occurred on November 15th, 2017.
