GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Alike acre: Need to say that one of the many things I was told by CSRs was" we do not give out our last names at this company" also they ship u refills and charge u without contacting u. When u call , they are like E-robots repeating same nonsense over & over. If u ask to speak to someone else, u wait for resolution another ** minutes and get same robot answer none if which are specific to your account. Never in my many years in business have I seen any worse customer service

GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Alike acre: For that I would say four out of five.
