~tampabuckeye1: the worst customer service ever. I want MEDCO back. They classified my RX as a speciality & I have to call EVERY time to have it delivered. Just ship it. If the DR. authorized * refill I should not have to call every month to answer stupid questions like confirming my address, phone & has my RX changed.....stupid waste of time. The customer service workers are horrible at customer service & have an atttitude problem. I bet the training is subpar & the turnoveer is high. Again, this company *****

~tampabuckeye1: For that I would say three out of five.
