~lynette: Yes. It was middle of the night, on November 14th.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to OptumRx, and if so, how?
~lynette: I used the 800-788-4863 number I found for on the GetHuman OptumRx customer phone number page I was on: OptumRx Customer Service Phone Number

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~lynette: in attempting to reorder a prescription, the woman at Optum indicated she was faxing my Rx to my doc right away. I followed up the next day with my doc and the office had NOT received any fax from Optum. Called Optum again, described the situation and was assured an Rx would be sent immediately. Again, no Rx sent to doc. I then asked my doc's office to fax Optum. They indicated they did not receive an Rx from doc's office, though the doc's office had received an acknowledgment of it being sent. Called Optum again (this being the *rd time) and asked to speak with a supervisor. Explained how exasperated and frustrated I felt, and that though I was a long time customer I would no longer be using Optum, she simply said "okay," and had no solution or consideration of my dilemma. Too, too difficult and annoying. Their "hassle free fill enrollment" is totally misleading!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting OptumRx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a OptumRx problem?
~lynette: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~lynette: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lynette: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
~lynette: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
