GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-labsavvy: They fraudulently documented that they received authorization for refills, charged my credit card, and then told me to jump through hoops to get my money back. Their customer service Reps are rude and incompetent, including Sheena D (Lead) and Sue S (Supervisor).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting OptumRx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a OptumRx problem?
GetHuman-labsavvy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-labsavvy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-labsavvy: For that I would say two out of five.
