GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's OptumRx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-persass: New to OptumRx, Bad *st Impression
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-persass: Entered member data, OptumRx Rep rushed, rude, ** seconds, did not clarify call subject and and hung up. Made assumption trying to get info about someone. Easy call, wrong number learned during survey. Signed up soon after, called back, entered info, same rep. Asks who I am calling for "this time." Put me bk in the que! Pretty bad. This is only the beginning. Trying to help company save money* this vendor not making that happen.

GetHuman-persass: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-persass: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-persass: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
GetHuman-persass: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
