GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-rosemmye: A ** Year old man who had Catamaran, suddenly gets a phone call that his prescription is coming from Optum RX. Never heard of this. Find out that his Catamaran records were never transferred over. Never got a letter, drug card, which the internet refers to, and there is NO INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE ABOUT HIM. Their CEO earns over **.* million dollars a year and they cannot help these elderly people. This is elder abuse and will be reported to our state office of elder abuse. This man had no choice to change, they made him change to OptumRX which bought Catamaran home delivery, and all of this is owned by United Health Care, one of the worst health cares around. Everyone should report these abuses to their state representatives and get these drug agencies to stop gouging the poor people with these ridiculous bureaucracy and drug pricing.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-rosemmye: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-rosemmye: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-rosemmye: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
