~anonymous: I am end stage COPD and have been without a daily medication needed to keep inflammation down. After calling and calling and doing most of the footwork for these people I finally got an answer, after they denied my medication because I don't have "severe" COPD. How much more severe do I need to be, "END STAGE COPD". As a result I have developed pneumonia and am still sick. This is a company is the absolute worst! Now I get to start the process again as long as my doctor says " severe" I will be approved. What a run around and a load of ****!!!!

GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
