~Teri Strange: Worst company I have EVER had to deal with. Do you have ** hours for me to tell you why? I tried to start transferring prescriptions over first of May. I have spent a minimum of ** hours on phone with the "CSRs" since then- **% of time no resolution.

~Teri Strange: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Teri Strange: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Teri Strange: For that I would say one out of five.
