~Itsmeagain: Received message on answering machine that there was a problem with my order and I needed to call regarding ref * ******. Called only to find out wrong prescription has been not filled but also shipped prior to speaking with them. I asked to have order cancelled and was told it had shipped and nothing could be done. Asked for a supervisor and spoke to the nastiest person ever. Made it very clear that this is my problem and not theirs. Hung up and called again and asked for a different supervisor. Never able to get one as they are busy assisting other customers and one would call me right back. I can't believe it would take so long to speak with a supervisor!

~Itsmeagain: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Itsmeagain: For that I would say two out of five.
