~MWOODY: YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. YOU ARE THE WORST ON LINE PRESCRIPTION COMPANY EVER. SINCE YOU TOOK OVER FROM PRESCRIPTION SOLUTIONS YOUR SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL AT NECK BREAK SPEED. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS EVER SINCE YOU TOOK OVER AND HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE SITUATION. I MY INSURANCE COMPANY OFFER SOMEONE ELSE I WOULD GO THERE BUT THEY DON'T SO THERE YOU HAVE THE REASON THAT YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS THEY ARE LOCKED IN AND YOU CAN TREAT THEM ANYWAY YOU LIKE.

~MWOODY: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MWOODY: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MWOODY: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other OptumRx customers?
~MWOODY: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
