GetHuman-201059: Insurance.staff are disgusting they say they have or will ring you, they never do,then when you ask them they call you a liar and argue with you even though phone records show didn't.I've been getting bad service for *months and still have outstanding issues.The latest is my macro SD card died I waited weeks for a new replacement and sent me a second hand one which was was full of someone else's. Baby photos and pets.This is the *rd.phone they've sent me * didn't work.the last one took ** days to get to me.I'm at least *** dollar out of someone pocket paying for plan without a phone.I'm over it all.somebody helpme.
