~samuel mcillwain: I wanted them to change the phone number, but they acted like I did need that. I did*and maybe one thing else for password. **not as helpful as first guy several days ago.

~samuel mcillwain: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~samuel mcillwain: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~samuel mcillwain: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other PayPal customers?
~samuel mcillwain: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
