~Ms Disatisfied: I am very dissatisfied with the outcome of my call, I understand all about warranties policy's and procedures,, however there is always an exception to the rules.. I have a camera that is not working under water as it is suppose to be. yes it is over one year old but I was just fortunate to take a vacation this year and had to buy a camera there because this one was moist and would not operate .I am asking that there be an exception made to replace this item, after all this is not a very expensive item.
