~Sofia: I called to speak to customer service personnel about getting a storage unit. I called and some lady answered the phone. She told me to press a different option- there weren't any. So I called again and I asked for her name - she wouldn't give us her name. We went to the store to get more information on getting a storage unit. Turns out it was the same person working at the store. Vanessa on Wiles Road was extremely rude. Terrible customer service. She was cursing at my husband I. Tiffany, another worker, constantly told her to be quiet or go to the break room. She kept saying no and continues to treat us with disrespect. We ended up leaving the store. I would NEVER get a storage from Public Storage.

~Sofia: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Sofia: For that I would say four out of five.
