~kenskas: email regarding confirmation of change, I did not request change! Called customer service to inquire and was charged *.** to report I did not authorize change!*Was informed email due to payment info changed. *I only call customer service to update payment information.

~kenskas: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~kenskas: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Qwest's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kenskas: For that I would say four out of five.
