~Paula: I have tried multiple phone numbers and the website to get assistance with the **" tablet with no success. I have bought two of these so far and both have failed. After two weeks, the first went dead, failed to power up. The second, the screen starting going white on me after just two months. Seemingly impossible to get customer assistance, technical support, return or replacement info. DO NOT BUY THE **" RCA TABLET. It seems like a great value, but in this case unfortunately you get what you pay for.
