~Anonymous : Yeah. It was afternoon, on November 18th.

~Anonymous : I used the 800-338-7777 number I found for on the GetHuman RCI customer phone number page I was on: RCI Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common RCI customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?

~Anonymous : "Cancel booking" was why I was trying to call.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's RCI customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonymous : I've call * times and every time I have called they had hung up on me * out of the * times. I also do not like how they'll answer me and ask "How May we help you today" and after they are done listening to what I need help with they just transfer me to a different service and I am once again on hold for another **-** minutes. I usually don't have any trouble with getting a hold of people and getting the help I need for what ever I may need people, but this service is one of the worst calling service I've been on and I'm sorry if that offends everyone by what I have said.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting RCI. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a RCI problem?
~Anonymous : I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about RCI's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous : For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other RCI customers?
~Anonymous : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for RCI to know who you are.
