~Pissed Off: Since enrolling, I received and sent back * phones that din't work!!! I finally decided to upgrade, spent $** and phone I received would not hold charge. The battery could not be replaced as it was adhered to the back cover!!! I have left voice mail messages (*) sent * emails and no one has ever returned a call or answered an email. IT IS A GOV. PROGRAM, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT AS IT IS HORRIBLY RUN!!!!!! CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND EMPLOYEES AS NONE OF THEM CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH.
