~havenone: After speaking with your rrep and explaining the pproblem she put me on hold then did not give the * free movie codes ad well....if this is how i am going to be treated then you do not care about my renting frm you. I will take my business elsewhere. Thankyou

~havenone: For that I would say two out of five.
