~Jennifer: Called at *am because I was charged an extra night (not knowing they charge you as soon as you reserve it online). The rep apologized for the confusion and refunded me one night and also gave me * free one night promo codes. Awesome! Great customer service!

~Jennifer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
