~Rob: What a bunch of cheapskates - I went to pick up a DVD after reserving it and it was a wasted trip as the box did not work. For my trouble of a wasted trip, I was given * lousy credit for another DVD.**What a bunch of cheapskates Redbox has become, a year ago I got a few extra credits for the trouble of not being able to get my DVD.**Maybe its time to look for another service, as Redbox has become a bunch of cheap penny-pinchers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Redbox. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Redbox problem?
~Rob: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rob: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Redbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rob: For that I would say four out of five.
